As part of the Marina Design District of Singapore Design Week 2024, Marina Central presented Neufolk: Bridging Tradition and Future in Design led by Creative Director Nathan Yong.
Neufolk is a journey of innovation and inspiration through an exploration of ideas that emerge from the collective spirit of communities.
The architecture of Marina Central provides a canvas for this journey through a series of programmes that encompassed a design pavilion, exhibitions, installations, talks, tours and live performances. Have a nice play at Marina Central!

DISTRICT M is back with yet another diverse and exciting lineup of live performances by homegrown and international artists, and even more fine fresh fringe activities!
The encore district-wide festival on 4 & 5 October promises a crescendo this year, in conjunction with Singapore Design Week. Explore all four zones, each one promising good music of varied genres, and engaging encounters — including digital painting, blackout poetry, a mass chess meet and life-sized chess, a community moss frame mural and plenty more!
