The Great Travel Quest at Marina Central-- Terms & Conditions

Participants in the contest are deemed to have accepted these rules and regulations:

“The Great Travel Quest at Marina Central” (hereinafter referred to as the “Contest”) is organised by The Chope Group Pte Ltd in conjunction with Marina  Promenade Ltd.

The Contest is expected to run from 18 July 2022, 00:00hrs to 9 October 2022, 23:59hrs (Singapore time), both dates inclusive (the “Contest Period”).

The Contest for Lucky Draw Prizes is expected to run during these dates:
a. First draw: 18 July 2022, 0000hrs to 28 August 2022 2359hrs;
b. Second draw: 29 August 2022, 0000hrs to 9 October 2022, 2359hrs

By participating in the Contest, participants accept and agree to be bound by Chope Singapore’s Terms & Conditions (which may be found on its website at the following url: https://www.chope.co/singapore-restaurants/tc and these Specific Terms & Conditions (collectively, the “T&Cs”).

Eligibility

The Contest is open to all persons legally residing in Singapore of ages 18 and above, including Singapore Citizens, permanent residents, long term visit pass holders, and valid work pass holders (where such work passes are being issued by the Singapore Ministry of Manpower).

Participants affirm the accuracy of all information provided at the time of application. Any misrepresentation of any fact or particulars shall result in disqualification and/or the forfeiture, withholding, withdrawal or reclaiming of any prizes won.

Participants must neither be Chope Singapore’s employee or an immediate family member of Chope Singapore’s employee. For the purposes of these Contests, “immediate family member” of an individual shall be taken to include the individual’s spouse, parents, grandparents, children (adopted, half and step children included), grandchildren, siblings and parents-in-law.

The Chope Group Pte Ltd reserves the right to amend the deadline at any time without prior notice and all participants are strongly encouraged to keep abreast of any changes by checking Chope Singapore’s Instagram page regularly. For the avoidance of doubt, any intended participant that fails and/or neglects to submit the online form by the stipulated deadline shall not be deemed to be nor qualify as a participant in the Contest.

Lucky Draw Dates

• Draw 1: 2 September, Friday, 12pm
• Draw 2: 14 October, Friday, 12pm

Each participant is only eligible for one lucky draw prize during the contest period.

Notwithstanding the above, The Chope Group Pte Ltd reserves the right to change the Prize or substitute the Prize with other items in its sole and absolute discretion.

The Chope Group Pte Ltd makes no warranty whatsoever as to the Prize, including without limitation the availability, quality, and fitness for purpose or the value of Prize.

The Chope Group Pte Ltd reserves the right to announce no Winner(s) should there be no qualified applications, in the event that the team is of the view that there are no suitable applications accordingly.

The Prizes or any part thereof, are not transferable, exchangeable, and redeemable or substituted for cash or other benefits, except at the discretion of The Chope Group Pte Ltd.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances outside of The Chope Group Pte Ltd’s control resulting in unfulfillment of the Prizes, The Chope Group Pte Ltd reserves the right to substitute the Prizes without prior notice to the Prize Winner.

The Chope Group Pte Ltd reserves the right to redistribute any unclaimed Prizes to other participants if the prize is not collected within the notified deadline.

The Chope Group Pte Ltd accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities or injury incurred or suffered by the Participant as a result of entering the contest or accepting any prize. The Chope Group Pte Ltd further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to you or any other properties relating to or resulting from your participation in the contest or usage of the prizes.

All Prizes are accepted entirely at the risk of the Winner(s), and The Chope Group Pte Ltd excludes all warranties in connection with the prize to the extent permitted by law.

Winner(s)

The Winner(s) who fulfills all Contest requirements and the following terms will be selected:
a. Spend at any F&B merchants under Marina Central district (defined as:
     i. Malls: Marina Square, Millenia Walk, Suntec City, South Beach and Esplanade Mall
     ii. Hotels: Conrad Centennial Singapore, JW Marriott Singapore South Beach, Marina Mandarin Oriental, Pan Pacific Singapore, PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay, The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore
b. Make as many reservations as possible via Chope within the campaign period
c. Purchase deals discount from Chope within the campaign period

In the event that the winning entry does not fulfill the contest requirements, the immediate next entry will be considered;

Winners shall be contacted after the end of the contest via the email address provided upon account creation and must satisfy a verification process before being declared the Winner. Winner(s) will be contacted via email that was submitted in the Contest form and must respond by the stipulated deadline mentioned in the email, he/she shall be disqualified and the Prize shall be given to the next Winner.

Successfully verified Winner(s) will be required to collect the Prize at The Chope Group Pte Ltd’s office by the deadline given in the email during office hours. Winner(s) will be required to flash a copy of their NRIC and/or FIN and/or passport to verify against their personal particulars and application and endorse an acceptance of prize agreement during Prize collection.

The Winner may be disqualified if:
a. the Winner cannot be contacted for any reasons (for instance but without limitation, incorrect or inaccurate contact information provided to The Chope Group Pte Ltd);
b. the Winner fails to respond to The Chope Group Pte Ltd by the designated date stated in the announcement post or email;
c. identity of the Winner cannot be reasonably verified from the documents or information provided by the Winner in the application; or
d. the Winner breaches any provisions in the T&Cs.

The Chope Group Pte Ltd’s decision as to the Winner of the Contest and/or disqualification of the Winner shall be final and conclusive. Participants hereby release and shall have no claim against The Chope Group Pte Ltd in relation to such decision(s).

The Winners will only be announced at a later date and at The Chope Group Pte Ltd’s sole and absolute discretion and The Chope Group Pte Ltd reserves the right not to make any announcement(s) at all. In addition, The Chope Group Pte Ltd also reserves the right to conduct the announcement(s) in any manner it deems appropriate.

The Chope Group Pte Ltd reserves the right to change, at any time in its sole and absolute discretion or to amend and withdraw any of the T&Cs without any prior notice.
