1. The organiser is Marina Central, operating under the registered company name, Marina Promenade Limited, with registered office at 8 Wilkie Road, #03-01 Wilkie Edge, Singapore 228095.
2. All Marina Central organised giveaways are open to people aged 18 years or over except employees of Marina Promenade and his/her close relatives, and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging the contest.
3. No entry fee or purchase is necessary to enter any Marina Central organised giveaway.
4. By entering any Marina Central organised giveaway, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
5. Only one entry per giveaway will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person for any one giveaway will be disqualified.
6. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason. The organiser reserves the right to cancel or amend the giveaway and its terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the organiser’s control. Any changes to the giveaway will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the organiser.
7. The organiser is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with any Marina Central organised giveaway.
8. The prizes are as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable.
9. Marina Promenade Limited reserves the right to substitute any prizes of equivalent value without giving notice.
10. The winner will be notified within 28 days of the end of the giveaway.
11. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 21 days of notification, the organiser reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and select a replacement winner.
12. The organiser will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected/is delivered.
13. The organiser’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the giveaway will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. By participating in this giveaway, you agree that if selected as a winner, your particulars (including but not limited to name, last four characters of NRIC/FIN, and any other relevant details) may be collected by the organiser for record-keeping and verification purposes related to the giveaway. Additionally, you consent to the sharing of these particulars with Marina Central stakeholders solely for record-keeping purposes related to the giveaway.
15. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity materials, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Singapore data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
16. Entry into any Marina Central organised giveaway will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
17. Marina Central organised giveaways are in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook. You are providing your information to Marina Central, its social media agency and not to any other party.
