Festive Finds Terms & Conditions

  1. Participants who find Marina Central coins may redeem a $50 Marina Central voucher for each Marina Central coin found if the following criteria are met:
    1. The participant takes a selfie with the Marina Central coin at the location where the Marina Central coin was found, and sends the selfie to @marinacentralsg on Instagram via DM.
    2. The participant redeems the Marina Central voucher(s) with Marina Central coin(s) at the South Beach Tower lobby by 7pm on the day of the event.
  2. If the participant does not claim the prize by 7pm on the day of the event, the organiser reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the participant.
  3. The Festive Finds event is open to people aged 18 years or over except employees of Marina Promenade and his/her close relatives, and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation.
  4. No entry fee or purchase is necessary to enter the Festive Finds event.
  5. By participating in the Festive Finds event, the participant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  6. There is no cap on the number of Marina Central coins a participant may find and use to redeem a Marina Central voucher.
  7. No responsibility can be accepted by Marina Central for coins not found or not used to redeem Marina Central vouchers for whatever reason. The organiser reserves the right to cancel or amend the event and its terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the organiser’s control. Any changes to the event will be notified to participants as soon as possible by the organiser.
  8. The organiser is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any participant by any third party connected with the Festive Finds event.
  9. The prizes are as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable.
  10. Marina Promenade Limited reserves the right to substitute any prizes of equivalent value without giving notice.
  11. The organiser’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the Festive Finds event will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  12. The participant agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity materials, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current Singapore data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the participant’s prior consent.
  13. The Festive Finds event is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook. You are providing your information to Marina Central and not to any other party.
  14. The organiser of the Festive Finds event is Marina Central, operating under the registered company name, Marina Promenade Limited, with registered office at 8 Wilkie Road, #03-01 Wilkie Edge, Singapore 228095.
